Located within the heart of the Okanagan Wine Country, minutes from downtown Summerland and just a few hundred metres from Dirty Laundry Vineyard, lies a wine lover’s paradise, the Parlour House.

The home offers a spacious 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 1.5 bathroom home with open living room, kitchen and dining room (main floor only). The fully furnished home is equipped with all essential needs and boasts new Refrigerator, stackable Washer & Dryer, Wall Oven and Microwave. The home is ready for your family or group to stay and enjoy the scenic surroundings of a working Vineyard, which in turn encircles the very popular Dirty Laundry Vineyard Winery. The covered front deck has an amazing view of Okanagan Lake, vineyards and the historic Kettle Valley Railway. The garden grounds and extensive patio area complete with barbecue and outdoor seating will encourage you to enjoy the Okanagan weather and amenities, and also provides the perfect opportunity to sit back and enjoy some Dirty Laundry Vineyard wine. Situated only minutes away from the Summerland Golf and Country Club, and Okanagan Lake, beaches, shopping, spas and the multitude of wineries on the Summerland's 'Bottleneck Drive' wine route, Dirty Laundry Vineyard's 'Parlour House"' is the ideal location for anyone wishing to take full advantage of all that the Okanagan Valley has to offer. Summerland is located within easy driving distance from Kelowna, West Kelowna, Peachland, Penticton and points further south such as Osoyoos and Oliver, perfect for wherever your holidays may take you.

Note the lower level of the property is occupied by the Parlour House caretaker, who will be your contact in regards to any emergencies.

Million Dollar View!
We were in Summerland for a funeral but the view from our "home away from home" buoyed our spirits. The location is perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I don't recall seeing this in the specs, but this home has heat pumps installed - with individual controls for each room. This was VERY handy for keeping our group happy - granny always feels cold and wants the a/c off but the rest of us can't sleep if we're too hot.

My hubby and I travelled from Ontario to meet up with our three kids and two spouses. The home is in a perfect location, the terrace was beautiful and the space perfectly comfortable for us. Staff was attentive and accommodating.

This property was a great place to stay. Our friends and family enjoyed the patio. Beds were very comfortable. My one suggestion is to have a little more cooking utensils. The caretaker was awesome and accommodated all of our needs.

Great View Great Patio
Overlooking the Vineyards at Dirty Laundry as well as Okanagan Lake and the Railway trestle this is a great spot for relaxation or as a jumping off spot for wine tasting and lake adventures. If you are up early enough you can get a great sunrise over the lake while having coffee or breakfast on the huge balcony. I highly recommend Parlour House.

Yearly family vacation
The Parlour House is simply amazing! It has ample room for 8 people to sleep. It has everything you need for your get away. We have been going for 3 years. It is close to town, beaches, and so many other things that you can do. It is very private. Kristen and Karen are awesome to deal with. The Dirty Laundry is lovely and the cidery's around town are also good. You cant go wrong renting this property for your vacation

Beautiful Winery Getaway
The Parlour house, although not very big, is well laid out with room for dining and relaxing inside and out. The covered deck was perfect given the heat - so nice to be outside to play cards and enjoy wine out of the direct sun. Being able to walk only 150m to pick up wine or snacks at Dirty Laundry (or enjoy their beautiful patio, gelato bar) was also a bonus, and it was an easy drive into town for groceries or to get to the beach. The home is exactly as advertised, and communicating with Barb was easy, and response times fantastic. With the beautiful view we would definitely stay here again!

Sitting on the covered patio for breakfast, afternoon relaxes, dinners and sunsets was a highlight of staying at the Parlour House at Dirty Laundry Vineyards. The house was very clean rooms spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. The open plan kitchen and living room with a view was wonderful to hang out in as well. Barbara our host could not have been quicker or more accommodating with our questions and asks. Bonus of being able to walk 2 minutes up the driveway to the Dirty Laundry tasting room! we are planning on returning

Wonderful Stay
This is the second time that myself and three girlfriends have stayed at this house. It will not be the last time. The house itself is spacious with four very comfortable bedrooms. However, it would be extremely difficult for any other property to match the expansive outside deck in the middle of vineyards and the house's location in close proximity not only to the Dirty Laundry Winery but numerous other wineries. Amazing!! We had a few minor issues during our stay but the property's manager dealt with them in a very proactive and generous manner which more than made up for these hiccups. We definitely will stay at the Parlour House again.

Wonderful ladies weekend!
Great property for a wine weekend getaway with couples or friends. Our group of 7 had a lovely stay at the Parlour House in late April. Clean and comfortable. Great open concept kitchen/dining/living area. Comfy beds, lots of linens, and well equipped kitchen - and Barb downstairs even saved us with a tsp of nutmeg and an extra baking dish for a large meal we prepared! Wonderful deck with lots of seating. Check in and out was easy. The property is easy to find (great signage), has lots of parking and is a 2 minute walk to the Dirty Laundry tasting room. Note that staying at this property entitles you to a discount on purchases at Dirty Laundry! (I don't think we were provided with this info in advance and didn't notice it posted at the property. The staff at the store mentioned this after we had purchased a bunch of wine and merch upon finding out where we were staying and had no problem issuing appropriate refunds for the discount.) Try the pizza there - so good! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

This was our second year staying here but I will no longer recommend it.
We have a family holiday every year in the Okanagan. We are three generations with ages late 50s to 3 months old. We are clean and respectful renters Last year we loved the place so we booked it again. I mean how can you beat Dirty Laundry's patio! We did not receive the welcome email telling us where the key was. I had to phone the winery and find out. At noon I received a call and they told me that check in wasn't until 4 and where to find the key. I was informed the cleaner was there until then. We showed up shortly after 4 pm and started to unpack our stuff for the week. We soon discovered the house hadn't been cleaned. The only thing that was cleaned were the linens on the beds. With COVID I would have thought that they would have cleaned extra well but it was filthy. We had to go out the next mor

Beautiful country
We stayed with family for 5 days. Beds were comfortable, AC was heaven sent as it was crazy hot in July. Loved the deck off the house, it has a beautiful view. Kitchen could use a little more stocking just for convenience. - zip loc baggies, or Tupperware/rubber maids etc. but most essentials are covered. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Family Reunion
The property was wonderful and perfect for our family gathering. Loved the open layout of the house and the deck had plenty of room for the six of us to easily gather also. The on site manager is a wonderful lady. There was no dishwasher or dish soap when we arrived but dishwasher soap was provided when we requested it . The fire alarm went off a couple times at around 3:30 am the last night we were there for no apparent reason . We reported it to the Manager and she also didn’t know why it was going off but said she’d look into it. I would recommend this property to friends & family planning a vacation in the area. Thank you

Fantastisch verblijf
Fijn huis om in te verblijven, we werden welkom geheten met een kaart en een hapje en een drankje. Zeer ruim huis om in te verblijven met een prachtig terras. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Als verrassing liep er een zwarte beer op 20 meter van het terras, zonder dat we ons daar bedreigd door voelde. Bij the dirty wineyard, werden we zeer fijn ontvangen, daar hebben we genoten van de wijnproeverij en zeer lekkere (gluten vrije) pizza’s. Zeer de moeite waard om hier te verblijven.
