What a great place! Super clean, kind and friendly hosts, perfectly laid out, wonderful location near the water and a few minutes from town, peaceful and green view, Nespresso coffee with real cream, easy parking, and again - super clean. Note-somewhat narrow full flight of stairs up to the suite. Overall - an amazing find! True pride of ownership. Thank you so much!

The suite is just minutes from the beautiful Sunoka Beach. It is very clean, well equipped, nicely decorated. We appreciated the yogurt, granola and coffee cream. Great spot, would absolutely stay again.

Rob and Karen have an excellent property for visiting the Summerland & Penticton area. I really appreciated the thoughtful details such as extra large bath towels, Nespresso and greek yogurt in the room and they have put some care into decorating as well. We will definitely be back

Loved our stay for 4 nights. The suite had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and lovely bathroom with a great shower. Loved the location as it’s right by the beach and easy to walk to. Rob and Karen were excellent hosts and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Near to the lake
What a great place. Well layed out and has everything you need. Clean, comfortable and friendly hosts. The weather was hot but the room remained cool. Lovely little balcony to sit out at night. We stayed 2 nights and were there to relax by the lake. It’s a perfect location for the lake - we rented a canoe and had a snorkel.

This is a lovely suite with everything you need. It is new, with lots of space. The host included breakfast of locally made granola and yogurt. A quiet neighbourhood with a beach nearby.

Wonderful and super clean
We had a great time at this property. Many thanks to the owners for such thoughtful preparation of the studio for our smooth vacation time. Excellent beaches in the walking distance is a huge bonus. AC was working perfectly in the hot water. Simply enjoyable.

Perfect for our Visit to Summerland
My mom and I were in town to visit family, and this suited our needs wonderfully. We enjoyed the balcony in the evenings and mornings which overlooks the greenspace that runs along the creek. So, you can hear birds happily singing at most times of day. Its about a 10 minute walk to Powell Beach and there are many beautiful gardens to check out along the way. Very nice location and close to everything. The host was very welcoming and showed us around the area. Thanks again!

Sweet Suite
I'd give it another star if I could. Comfortable, contained, and clean. We we're travelling with bikes snd Rob provided us with a secure place to lock them and gave us directions to a scenic cycling trail. Fresh cherries, cream, yogurt, granola and chocolates were the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend!

Hidden Gem
We loved staying in this studio! It was in a great location, we were offered a safe place to leave our bikes and the studio is comfortable and cozy. We were self contained and could see extra precautions were taken for sanitizing during COVID 19. We had a bowl of fresh cherries to enjoy when we arrived and enjoyed the well appointed kitchen which included a Nespresso (with a variety of coffees), kettle, toaster, dishes, pots etc. As we were going to wineries it was nice to have some beautiful glasses to enjoy some wine at the end of our day. We highly recommend this ‘hidden gem’ that is close enough to Kelowna and other tourist areas. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the Okanagan.
