"Pool is not well maintained. Dining options are very limited. Service was super slow. It seems the restaurant is highly understaffed. In room service was was also not available. Overall it was an average experience. Definitely a lot of scope of improvement in room-service and dining facilities for the property. "

The property had lot of trails on their property though the sign boards marking the trail are limited. I got lost in a trail within the property with no recognizable trails and had to use the google maps on satellite mode to locate the nearest path. "Stay was good, exceptional service by restaurant staff, they made something off menu when requested, also everything was tasty. One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine"

We went with on a morning walk in the surrounding forest, guided by a very talented member of the staff who could show us lots of things! There was also good spa and a restaurant which served all kind of food. The pool was also nice. The place is fantastic, we really recommend a visit there!"

"It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for. Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes.
