"This house was convenient for travel to both Sequoia Natl Park and Kings Canyon. Kitchen was stocked with just the basics but was adequate. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Carpet and couch could use an update. Plenty of space to spread out and it was so nice to have access to the neighborhood pool. Host was very attentive and willing to help if we needed anything."

"THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. Felt like summer camp except with wonderful accommodations. The distance between houses is not too far so we could walk, and we spent a majority of the time at the pool soaking up the sun. Property is extremely well stocked, it has everything we really needed for cooking for large group for three days. All the beds (even the bunk house) were very comfortable. Each house was unique and wonderful. Internet and cell reception worked for everyone in our group. We can't wait...

"This is a beautiful home in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. The pool and floaties were a huge plus on the several 105 + degree days during my stay. The house is close to town for shopping and dining. The only surprise was no coffee-maker, but there was a tea kettle and an abundant supply of instant coffee, creamer, and sugar. Just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay again!"

"We got totally scammed at this VRBO. The house was essentially abandoned. Completely over grown yard, garbage on the porch, garbage throughout the property. The host never responded to questions about check in. Phone number we called went straight to voicemail and we were never able to contact the host. The gate to the property was chained up and had no trespassing signs with images of guns on them. How VRBO allows the property to be listed on their site still is incomprehensible. We are now...

"A group of colleagues and I stayed for a week in Visalia to complete a project. This was a much more comfortable experience than a hotel, and gave everyone privacy (size of the home), and a chance to socialize as we saw fit. It was great!"

"I am going to guess that the property mgmt. company is slowly rejuvenating this house. It looks as though it is being slowly updated. A deep clean, coat of fresh paint and fixing some things up, would help this house get to the next level. Pro's: The house is large and has a lovely back yard. "Pros: The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and neat and all was easy to use. Loads of amenities. The location was great for us to get to all the places we needed to be (Visalia, Woodlake, Sequoia Natl Park, Exeter). Con’s: The only con would be the barking dogs next door. Not anything that can be controlled by the property owner. We didn’t have children trying to sleep so we dealt with it. It was annoying, but did not greatly impact our stay. Overall a lovely stay!"
