"Came down for a family bereavement, and the staff supported my brilliantly. An older property, but well maintained. Very well located with access to the waterfront and heaps of dining and drinking outlets. Take care with parking because Hobart City Council are like hawks on parking infringements. The premises does offer parking but book ahead and be prepared to practice your fine parking skills in a fairly tight space. On the whole, I highly recommend the place."

"I stayed in the annex, which is a wonderful character building, above shops in the heart of the bus interchange. So it was not unusual for their to be people waiting for the bus right outside the door, or sheltering from the wind in the doorway. Everyone was super polite and and apologetic, if they blocked the door from opening outwards. Great value for money. in a very central location."
