"Very cool hotel in a great location. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops, and very close to the harbor where all the tours leave from. The rooms are spacious and funky. Only complaint is it is very dark. Our room had an exterior window (some just have a window onto a moss wall) but was still quite dim all the time. Still would definitely stay there again"

"An overnight stay, YHA Hobart was well located, short walk from the airport bus, across the road from a great bakery for quick breakfast and offered a good rate for a Friday night stay. Room was simple but squeaky clean with tea and coffee provided."

"The tasman room 3 bedroom apartment was spacious clean & perfect. Has everything you need & quality amenities , blankets ect. Will definitely only stay here when back in Tassie and location is perfect and all staff great from front desk to cleaners. "No issues with staff but check in is in different location. After finding arriving at hotel and then finding that out then turning around to find it, with two little children in tow, and not knowing area or parking rules, and parking sign in location being damaged, I found myself with a $40 parking ticket. Accom and location and parking was outstanding."
