"I couldn't believe how beautiful the resort was. The bungalows provide a treetop view that was breathtaking every morning. Like waking up in the sky. When you get behind the gated resort its like another world and the staff were so nice, on time and available for anything you asked for it was like we paid for butler service. Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the sky overlooking a view that should have cost way more than we were charged never got old. After a night stay i was ready to go home because we missed our daughter but upon leaving me and my husband were both happy and sad. Happy because God allowed us to travel and experience such beauty on this earth and sad because we were not going to wake up to the peace, beauty, and natural sounds of nature we had come to enjoy. "The service at this place is 100 out of 10. The property itself is so beautiful but what takes it to the next level is the wonderful staff. Everyone at this place goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and to make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The food at Deeva restaurant is outstanding. Shout out to the superstars who made my stay here so wonderful : First I would like to mention my driver Putra who has far exceeded my expectations. I have a problem with my knees and can not climb too many stairs. But my driver assisted me in every step of the way, and it was only because of him that I was able to explore so many wonderful places which I could not explore on my own. Putra, I want you to know that your kindness has not gone unappreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service. And every time I come to Ubud, I want you to be my driver. The other person I wanted to mention is Listia, who made me feel so welcomed when I first entered the property. She went above and beyond to make sure that my room is to my liking. Truly exceptional service that I have not seen anywhere else. Listia, I want you to know that your efforts have made a huge impact and I truly appreciate everything that you have done for me. Every single person here is an absolute gem and their service is truly praiseworthy. "The staff were service oriented, very hospitable from the start and checking in via WhatsApp for our needs/questions and also for a smooth arrival/departure. The room does not have a tv but that wasn’t a concern for us just something to take note. It is really big and clean, the bathtub was amazing as well though the water may not remain hot to fill it completely. The breakfast is not a buffet but more than sufficient with many vegan and vegetarian options. Overall I loved the property and would love to come back "
