"Amazing room"

"We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon."

"Everything was good. Convenient location, lots of parking and extremely clean room. The best part was the Delicious cheese omelette on the continental breakfast menu not like other places which serve cardboard stale eggs. Would gladly stay again.!"

"This is an older hotel, so it looks a bit worn. The staff were helpful (fixing our room key, ensuring the lobby always had fresh coffee) and did a good job cleaning our room. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. A bit more variety in the breakfast (it was always the same), the fridge had issues (freezing fruit while ice cream melted) grab bars in the tub and an adjustable showerhead would have made it 4.5 star. It short, it was a good value for the money."
