"Cozy property with very quiet surroundings. Driving to lake Como takes about 10 minutes and there are some nice villages close by. Hiring a boat on lake Como was great fun, even without a license you can get a surprisingly powerful boat and take a dip in the middle of the lake. If you want to park your car next to the house you need reasonable driving skills and preferably a 4x4 vehicle all though I noticed that our neighbours seem to have managed with a normal car as well. "We were welcomed by the very friendly landlords and shown around the house and the garden. The house is on the slope above San Siro. It was very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. Our only regret was that we spoke so little Italian. Thank you!"

"The property is very very tired, we had lots of problems including a smashed glass door, broken blinds preventing the use of the balcony, broken pool lights, all very dangerous for children. A chair was broken but left round the table so when i sat on it, i fell through and cut my leg. It is seriously lacking outdoor furniture which is nothing like the photos. "We stayed a few days in Veracana in the Casa Lady which was our base during our canyoning trip and it was perfect. The house is located in a small village with a magnificent viewpoint, shops nearby and a great pizzeria with a breathtaking view of the lake. The Casa is large and well appointed, and it has a terrace where we were able to eat."
