"I have travelled across the world for over 50 years and never have i experienced a property of this outstanding quality across every facet of hospitality. The physical characteristics are exceptional; the gracious elegance of the building, the combination of views from the ground floor of the huge lateral pool over looking a lake which over looks the ocean. The quality service by everyone from the large gardening team caring for the beautiful grounds to the housekeeping to the reception to the restaurant staff is simply faultless. The GM , Rajiv Srivastava, must be given the credit as he would have to take the responsibility for any defects. The resort experience was so excellent / relaxing / perfect we never moved out to explore the beauty of Bali. We will return here but next time for longer so we can have another week here."

They have a great restaurant (booking breakfast is highly recommended, it was great!) and the kindest personal ever! ✨ There is a beautiful coral reef just outside the hotel, which makes the experience even more magical. If you want to explore Bali, it is a great place to stay."

"Great location and walkable to good restaurants. Taxis readily available. Beach is lovely and clean but strong undercurrents. Breakfast was ok. We had a garden room (I felt a bit claustrophobic ) which we then chose to upgrade to a pool villa which is much nicer, bigger and private. The staff were very attentive. "

"You cannot beat the view of Sea la Vie in Nusa Penida! A beautiful infinity pool where you can see the harbor and sunset. Small swim up bar for convenience and a very kind staff! Our room was clean and so nice with a great little balcony. Be prepared for LOTS OF STAIRS. Air conditioning was legit."

"The hotel is in a convenient location on Nusa Lembongan, with views across the bay. It has 3 good pools, 2 great restaurant with a good selection of food, a fantastic whiskey bar as well as a regular bar. The breakfasts are made to order and had some of the best selections of food I have come across in an hotel. The spa is excellent with well trained staff. The room was spacious with a balcony with a view of the sea, but sheltered (for watching thunderstorms!) and best of all the staff couldnt do enough for you. One of the best stays I have had in Bali."

"Our few days here made the entire holiday to Bali worth it. Don’t go here if you are a snob. Backpackers delight. Clean, safe digs with air con & breakfast too. Who needs hot water anyway?? We travelled with our 2 teenagers & our biggest regret was not booking longer"
