"Loved the outdoor bathroom. The rooms are very comfortable. I like that there are only ~10 villas on site. Lovely breakfast served on the balcony each morning. Friendly staff. The only problem was that there was a lot of plastic and rubbish burn-off every day happening next door. This is not the hotels fault. However, every time we went outside to our bathroom, the smell was really bad and felt very unhealthy breathing it in. "

"We stayed for only one night and this place was perfect as a stopover before taking the fast boat to Lombok. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the property was clean and tidy. As a bonus we had a meal the evening before we arrived and I had a “ monster burger” which you could tell was cooked with care and delicious. All that and breakfast thrown in ! Difficult to beat for the price and highly recommended."

"We actually booked our stay for just one day but we had to extend our stay for one more. We had a very terrible experience as we lost our whole cash that we carried for the entire trip from the hotel. Because the bag in which the money was kept was not taken to any place with us and it was in the hotel itself. "We had a very nice stay at the Chill house. Our daughter enjoyed the pool, we the quiet atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place. The host family was always there to help with tips and other things and we rented a motorbike for a very good price. Really recommended!"

"The service is just horrible. They dont really speak English or understand very well. When we arrived there was noone at the hotel for 10 minutes and we just waited. They had forgotten we were coming, so they started argueing with each others, but none of them spoke to us or provided service for check in. They forgot roomservice one or more days. "We were impressed with the staff from the first greeting at reception through to our housekeepers and restaurant staff. The property is a little tired, however if you can see past that you will love it. The spa was terrific, I ended up going there almost every day of our stay. I would definitely recommend this one!"

"Ferries were canceled for two days, so we ended up in Padang Bai for two nights. OK Divers was fantastic and just what our family needed. The family room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The pools provided lots of fun for our family. The staff is kind and helpful. Solid breakfast included and great help connecting with local snorkeling."
