"Location excellent near the train station. Extremely comfortable spacious room with a small separate sitting area. Service was great. Good sized lobby. Breakfast as excellent. Large choice of food and there were some regional baked goods we enjoyed that we had never seen anywhere else in Germany. Very relaxing sauna. We were only there for one night. "Lovely property with generous sized & tastefully decorated rooms. Staff at reception & the bar were very helpful & spoke excellent English. Our meal in the bar (club sandwiches) was tasty, fresh & not greasy. The only negative was that for the “comfort” rooms in the heritage part of the property, there is no lift to help with heavy luggage, however a staff member happily took my husband’s luggage upstairs."

It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located.
