"Such a beautiful place to stay especially during the Christmas period, the room we had was stunning, very cozy and the bed was comfortable. There was a good selection of teas and coffee. Pub/restaurant was really lovely the meal we had was delicious. Bury St Edmonds was only 20 minutes away, definitely a lovely place to visit."

"Very old historic building with lots of character. Room large, bed comfy, coffee machine and biscuits but no bottled water. Good shower, good breakfast included cooked to order. Staff friendly and helpful. WiFi rubbish, TV not great but was cool that it was hidden in the panelled wall. Short walk to paid parking. Overall a positive stay, would stay again. "
