Gorgeous ocean beach getaway in sought after Indian River Plantation resort, with direct access to the ocean and the private beach. Double balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean and private pool area. Lake views from the guest bedroom and entryway. This condominium is totally renovated with cool gray and sand color tone tiles, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The master bedroom and living room open to the balcony viewing the ocean and private pool area. The kitchen and living room have a view of the ocean. The apartment is very quiet and family friendly. The bathrooms have been recently upgraded to include a walk in shower and granite sink vanities.

Lovely patio
Spent a few days in this lovely condo, enjoyed having morning coffee with a view. Beds were very comfortable. close to shopping and restaurants. The property is great for taking walks morning noon and evening. I would stay here again.

Very nice place to vacation
My family enjoyed spending Spring Break in this lovely condo. The location is very nice. It's a short walk to the beach and we had a great view of the pool. There were many places to walk/run, play golf and relax. Paddle board and jetski rental is a 10 minute walk from the condo. This is a very family and retiree oriented area which was exactly what we were looking for.

I've had better.
Not great view of the ocean, too low with plant covered sand hill blocking site of waves. Full view of pool, which I'd rather not have. No washcloths at all!! No garbage bags. No over head lights in bedrooms. No parking spot under building (like other apartments had), had to park outside. Poor quality pots and pans if you want to cook. Need better towels. too, white would be best to bleach. Also, guest bath shower had trouble draining, both of us used master shower.

Our stay at this Condo was extremely pleasant, we could see the ocean from our balcony which was only a couple 100 yards away. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed. The weather was not that great over Christmas, rain and cloudy but that’s Mother Nature for you. Would definitely return.

The condo and property were very nice and had everything we needed. The condo was neat and clean. The pool was maintained every morning. My only suggestions would be to have some rugs for the bathrooms and maybe update the TVs in the bedrooms (they were difficult to get to work). Other than that we loved our time there and would certainly stay there again.

Relaxation and Convenience
Wonderful location with spectacular views including sunrise, sunset and rainbows on the Atlantic Ocean. Condo with a well equipped kitchen, linens, beach chairs and more. Very quiet, clean with accurate representative in photos. Convenient parking. Great location for walking/running with beautiful surroundings and sightings of dolphins and other wildlife. Town of Stuart close with theatre, restaurants, and shops. Grocery store, museums and other things of interest nearby, too. Recommend. Excellent. Thanks!

Seeing Is Believing!!
WOW!!! One of the best vacations ever. We were pleasantly surprised by the beauty and location of this condo!! We were fortunate enough to stay for 3 weeks in January, just in time to escape the brutal winter back home. Each sunrise and sunset was more beautiful. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. An added bonus was the very kind and friendly people we met at the condo. The whole resort is absolutely amazing. My husband and I totally relaxed while we were there and we would definitely go back again. Thank you to the owner Chris who spent time speaking to me and answering my questions before the trip!! I give this condo and this vacation an A+

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful experience over Memorial Day weekend. The condo is lovely, and well kept. We had everything we needed and more. The couch in the living room is incredibly comfy, as is the matching chair. The kitchen is remodeled and well-equipped. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms are both comfortable, all of the bed were great. Our only complaint is that there is an issue with a/c flow to the master bedroom. The master was always much warmer than the other bedroom. In fact, when the other bedroom was freezing the master was noticeably warm. This is likely an issue that can be easily addressed. Overall we had a great time, and are very glad we got to stay at this lovely condo.

Very relaxing!
My husband and I stayed and this very wonderful condo for 12 days. It was completely outfitted with everything you could need in the kitchen from cookware to a Keurig coffee maker. The view from the balcony to the ocean was absolutely beautiful. We ate dinner on the nights we cooked in on the balcony overlooking the pool with the ocean beyond. We also used the outdoor gas grill several times which was very clean and convenient. However, the number 1 best thing we LOVED was the king size bed in the master. We travel quite a lot and beds are hit and miss. Chris has a wonderful, firm, memory foam that was heaven to sleep on. We want to order one for our home now! Chris was very responsive with any questions we had, but everything was great! We would recommend whole-heartedly!

Beautiful location-Ocean Front Condo in Indian River Plantation,Spoonbill Resort!
Hello Mr. Sherlock, So sorry for the delay in submitting the review of our stay at your Spoonbill condo; I tried twice a while back but got the message like "Network problem I think". Not sure of the message anymore. This was our first time renting in Stuart and we really enjoyed the stay at your condo at IRP Spoonbill Resort in May. We were 2 families and a child, my brother and wife, their daughter and granddaughter of 2; we were 5 adults and a child. The condo has ocean views from both living area and master bedroom, (my husband and I had the privilege to stay at the master bedroom with the pool and ocean view from the private balcony), which was ideal since we are early risers, would have coffee on the balcony and would take long walks on the beach at sunrise and met some nice and friendly people from Spoonbill and the adjacent Pelican complex. We really enjoyed the fact that the pool was conveniently located right below our balcony so that we would always see the rest of the family and go up and down if needed something and the dune walk right by the pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and organized to prepare a complete meal for a big family. The dining room table sat 6 or more people. We didn't do much cooking at the condo since we were visiting our sister and family in Stuart. We ate mostly out at our sister’s restaurant, Gigi’s Restaurant and pizza, authentic Italian food on Jensen Beach Boulv., and we also enjoyed a meal with the whole family at Bonefish Grill in Stuart. We would have breakfast and a light lunch on the leaving room balcony or by the pool and picnic area; we used the BBQ grills once as well. The laundry facilities right by the front of our condo. We found all we needed such as; beach chairs, beach towels and kids beach toys, coloring books and toys for our little treasure. The little one, at times, enjoyed the little tot’s park right by the front of Spoonbill next to the tennis court and the train ride on the Indian River Plantation. Very conveniently located close to everything, the Fresh Food Market, Publics, parks and museums, shopping in Stuart and the Treasure Coast Mall. We would definitely come back and hope soon and recommend to family and friends. One small suggestion,… I would upgrade the guest room with new curtains, a bit less fabric and just little new decor pieces in the leaving room. Thank you! Pierina and family. Ps. Spoonbill stay
I know the condo was under renovation but the scaffling was in front of our balcony the entire trip. The pool was very nice and it was nice to walk the beach.....just steps away.

Beach Getaway
The property was clean. However, when my daughter was sitting on the couch, she was repeatedly bitten by something (bedbugs?), although no one else was bitten. I understand maintenance work is necessary, but would have liked to know before booking the stay. We were told that they would not start before 9:00 a.m., but they started at 8:00 every morning.

Ocean Getaway
If you love the ocean like I do, this location is fantastic! Every morning I enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony! Loved our walks on the beach and over the intercostal waterway. The location is great for local dining and easy to get to downtown Stuart where there are lots of shops and food. The public areas of the condo were cleaned daily. The condo was comfortable and was equipped with pretty much everything you need. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that the master bedroom sliding glass doors did not open. I don’t really know why they were not functioning but sleeping to the sound of the ocean would of made our stay perfect. -Maryellen Cox
