"The mermaid themed room was well thought out & really made our stay feel unique. There was 1 manatee right off the dock when we arrived Thursday & three more on Saturday morning! What an experience! Plenty of great local restaurants were recommended by the property & we took the time to visit 2 of them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neptune's Grotto to anyone looking for a quiet & simple Florida getaway. We definitely are considering returning in the future! Thank yoi for hscing us!"

Beautiful & unique property

"We spent two weeks at the ranch with our 4 kids. It was such a beautiful getaway and escape from the hustle and bustle of our lives. The kids absolutely loved feeding the cows hay (daily!). Charles graciously dropped off plenty of hay for the kids to feed the cows over our stay. He was great to rent from; very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the pool and it was the perfect temperature. Sunrises and sunsets over the pasture were stunning. Dinner out on the patio with beautiful views of the pasture was also a highlight. Our kids loved discovering a large turtle in the yard! Grateful for the memories made here. Would love to be back someday!"

"The place was just right for the occasion with maybe just a couple concerns. There was no bathroom door and this lead to a little bit of privacy loss with the room only being a studio setup. The other issue was a lack of space for our luggage. This lead to a bit of clutter while there. These small issues would not keep us from staying again but they could be bigger issues for others. The home was super clean. Beautifully decorated. And the outside private patio was equally beautiful. "

5 bedrm Paradise w/ your own POOL + LAZY RIVER

Spring Hill Lazy River House

"This place was great. Everything you need was there. 5 bedrooms with 2 full baths was a little tough but we made it work. Got there and open the grills to cook dinner and the grills were so gross. Manager took care of it right away with a new grill delivered at night, but that should have been taken care of before we got there. Some confusing moments with pool and spa, but after a couple calls to manager we finnally figure it out. Said 2 washers and one didn’t work. And Kids game room outside was terrible. Needs a good clean up.Outside sold us to rent this place and it was great but needs a little help. Screen door should be replaced outside and the rest of the area needs a little cosmetic help. Overall place was nice. I would recommend it, but just needs a little fixing here and there. "

Spring Hill Retreat w/ Heated Pool & 4-in-1 Grill

A great family experience

"This house was very comfortable and had what we needed to spend a week as a family. It is close to the Barclay shopping center and only 15-20 minutes from the other attractions in Spring Hill. There was a park minutes from the house. The heated pool was a huge perk of our stay and the kids enjoyed it every day of the week we were there. Overall a fantastic property."

Very nice and peaceful

"It was beyond our expectations, even though the weather was a little cooler than usual we we're still able to enjoy the heated pool.. The place was very clean and neatly. And the host was really on top of everything !! Definitely a 5 star worth and planning to come back if possible "

Awesome House

"House was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. Well stocked with games and kitchen utensils. Garage was great to park in. Neighborhood was good. My only complaint was that the back yard wasn’t fenced in and there was a wooded area back there. Besides that loved it. "
