"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The layout and outdoor spaces were just what our family group of 15 would hope for! We were 12 adults and 3 infants staying for 5 nights. Giulia and Fabbio were excellent hosts- you could tell they really desired for us to enjoy our stay, and did everything they could to help us. "a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. "We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!"

"I was only staying for two nights to explore the area. I found the accommodations to be excellent. Everything was very clean and convenient. The host was very helpful during check-in and when I had a few questions during my stay. So much space to utilize in this rental! For a larger party it would be perfect. The grounds were immaculate and even had some features for young children to play. The views from the back yard are amazing looking over the valley! I would definitely come and stay here...

"We had an amazing travel experience at this villa. Giuseppe, the owner, was great and responsive. He helped us not only with an early check-in, but also helped us to organise an outstanding anniversary dinner with the best Italian wines, great food, and beautiful decorations. Moreover he invited us for a tour to his olive oil mill, where one of the best Italian olive oil is being produced.
