"The property was changed on us without notice. The unit they gave us was up two flights of steps. I purposely chose a ground floor unit as I'm disabled and cannot climb step. Upon entering the property, there was only 1 working fan for the entire unit. It was over 90 degrees in the unit. Again, I am disabled and cannot handle that kind of heat. I informed the property manager and they did not offer to bring additional fans or move us. We ended up having to move to a hotel at great expense. We...

"The apartment is in a very quiet and safe area, about 10-15 minutes on foot from the Duomo and the Teatro Regio. There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in. "The apartment is larger than reflected in the pictures online, which was a pleasant surprise. There is a lot of closet and drawer space, and extra towels provided. The mattress was firm, as were the pillows, which I prefer, so was very happy with that. There are a lot of horizontal surfaces to set things on, which was appreciated. Some of the furniture is a little worn, but the space is comfortable.Sergio was very responsive and made our visit to Parma enjoyable. "
