Probably best for travelers to consider using electric bike/automobile during the stay, as public transport is not that close and the apartment is in a residential neighborhood up on a hill. "An exceptionally nice hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. An attractive back terrace was a very pleasant spot for a carry in meal. The breakfast buffet offered unusual variety, very fresh and well prepared and presented. Many healthy choices including freshly prepared vegetable juices. "

"The hotel is not marked "Grandhotel Sluchátko" but "Zámecký hotel" what makes problem to find it. We passed by several times, before the idea came to ask the staff where the Grandhotel Sluchátko is located. The hotel is in reasonable condition, but the tasteless colorful spray-painted graffiti in parts of the interior negative interfere with the ancient atmosphere, and also some of the hanging paintings do not fit the style of the majority. We slept well. No TV in our room. Good parking. Staff o.k."

"I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. Also an easy walk to all things Falco! It was a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!!"

"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract before. Apart from that, the building inside is modern, clean and pleasant. The room is very good too. There is no option for breakfast, but one can prepare their own, in the communal kitchen"
