"From start to finish a great 1st experience with VRBO. We just needed a place to stay while we visited the house from A Christmas Story and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and this was perfect! Very secure with camera's, parking literally right outside the door, and easy access to the 2 keys in the lockbox. One that opened the locks on the storm door and one that opened the main door. The smell hits you as soon as you step in. A wonderful smell of CLEAN!! There wasn't a part of the room or bathroom...

"Communication with property manager was very good, especially after our rental car was broken into and damaged. She scheduled Ubers for us to go back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic until we resolved the issue with the car. Very helpful and accommodating. "

There was plenty of space, it was clean and was accessible for my elderly mother (the flight of stairs was short enough that she could manage it and the walk-in shower made it so she didn’t have to try to get in a tub). We were pleasantly surprised that there was a Keurig (the property manager on the VRBO app wasn’t able to tell me that ahead of time). "Located on a sweet street within walking distance of the Popcorn Shop, The Falls, and beautiful downtown Chagrin Falls, Michael’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean, had everything you need, with comfy beds and couch. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch while relaxing in the adirondack chairs. I would definitely rebook again. "We were there for a funeral, and wanted somewhere to stay besides a hotel. This place was as nice as the pictures! That is a first for me! It was clean (another first in recent years!) and was close to the places we needed to be. The only thing I would change would be a longer shower curtain because it didn’t want to stay in the shower. "We had a great time staying here and will most likely try to book again next time we come to the area for concerts! The house had everything needed for a relaxing stay. Its pretty close to Blossom Music Center and Cleveland so it was the perfect home base for a weekend of concerts and the rock n roll hall of fame.
