"We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. The wood fired hot tub adds a sense of fun and is easy to use. We also enjoyed cooking outside (gas hob available inside!). The shower/toilet “block” is great, well equipped and clean. "We had a fabulous 4 night stay in this lovely lodge. So impressed with the standard of accommodation. Everything was finished to a very high standard. Plenty of room for lounging together, also having a TV in each room meant you could chill away from the group as well. The wood burner was lovely and we did light it although the lodge was really warm & cosy without it. The outdoor space was perfect especially the hot tub & sun beds. "We just stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Although at one point we didn’t think we would make it due to restriction, he hosts could not have been more helpful to make it easy for us. "Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

"The Shepherds Nest is the best Shepherds Hut we’ve stayed in, for space, amenities and for hospitality. It’s well built, furnished to a high standard and there’s a lot of thought gone into everything. Charlie and Carol were really welcoming and there were lots of little touches, and nice surprises on our arrival. The outside bath is great, in all weathers! We’d highly recommend."

"Me and my partner had a lovely break at tor farm . The weather wasn’t good to us but we didn’t let that ruin our trip . Hot tub was great even in the wind and rain . Really warm and cosy lodge . Thanks to Karen for keeping us updated with things and making everything run smoothly 👍"

"We had a really great stay in this Shepherds hut and it had everything we needed. The breakfast bits were a nice touch. The plot is really private and the accommodation is clean and well kept.We also bought a bottle of their own wine, which they kindly delivered at short notice after a text message! Thanks again."

"We were in the UK for a family event and needed an place for 6 adults for one week, this place was perfect. Located near enough to the events but far enough to give us some breathing room from the family. The cottage we clean and more importantly, warm on the damp country days and nights. The owner was accommodating because we had an early arrival from the US and when we suddenly found ourselves with an EV that needed charging. All in all a perfect place for a country getaway "

"This is our second year staying at Bristol Redcliffe; it is in ideal base for travelling around Bristol and into Bath--great bus, coach, and train services--and there's good coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and markets close by. The apartments are good sized, and I really appreciate the kitchen and living room spaces that are well-appointed. The staff are incredibly helpful too. There are so many "pros" about the property. My only "con" is that the place needs a bit of a refresh and it starting...

"this is a lovely hotel, well appointed and very comfortable, the one negative is there is no lift, which if you have luggage and are on the second floor, its tough. the restaurant is great, service a bit slow, but the breakfast offering is superb. there is electric charging in the car park A really lovely hotel"

Peaceful room with a food chiller

"Room 104. Check-in smooth and friendly. Bed very comfortable - maybe some people would find it quite firm.. The pillows were very full. Room was not especially large but was quiet and felt calm. The climate control only had options for 19 degrees or 20 degrees. We found the room a little warm overnight. The floor to ceiling windows let in an impressive amount of light. The window design meant it did not open. This felt a little claustrophobic as the room was a little warm. Very good shower and nice big kettle. The addition of a chiller was very helpful as we had brought a small amount of fresh food and some oat milk with us. "
