"During our week long stay the water stopped running one afternoon/evening and we lost electricity one afternoon/evening. This interrupted our dinner plans for 2 of our 7 evenings. The property is very nice with incredible views of mountains and sea. However the location is difficult to find and there was no organized check in process. Suggest that if this property is subject to random water and electric problems this should be disclosed to potential renters."

"Very beautiful and quiet place for a lovely holiday. The apartment was very clean and we had a change every 3 days. Everything in the listing is as described. The view was breathtaking of the beach. Owners were friendly and nothing was any trouble. Beach bar down the road had sun beds and umbrellas for €10 a set for two. "We absolutely loved our stay in Kissamos. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to a couple of beaches and our son loved the ice cream shop downstairs. I bought local fruit and vegetables just steps away from the apartment. The host was responsive and helpful with recommendations. The landlady came and cleaned often and even baked us cakes! Overall we loved it here and can’t wait to return."

"I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "
