"Never received a Welcome note or check in to the rental. Had to reach out to the property owner to gain access. No instructions on the stay or expectations. Arrived to a dirty house, left as it was from the previous renter. Cleaners didn't come until 10am the next day and spent over 3 hours cleaning. We didn't have access until after 1pm. "We had a great time. The house was very clean and ready for us. Check-in process was easy and the owner was extremely responsive. It's a very close drive to AC and Brigantine Beach, which made it easy for us to visit both in one day. Highly recommend!"

"The house was cute but disappointing. The bathroom especially needs to be cleaned, as well as updated. The shower has a window with a moldy, broken blind that gets soaked every time you take a shower. The vacuum/electric broom is not sufficient to use in pet friendly rental. There were tumble weeds of other pet hair rolling out from under the living room furniture. We bought ant traps to try to control the ant population. The laundry area needs cleaning.
