The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. Some attention to detail with cleaning would be helpful - eg some mould in shower, and bathroom fan grill quite grimy, the odd cobweb, and some accumulated dust in nooks and crannies.
