"We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! "

Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. "Stayed here for 2 nights for a football weekend. The house itself is nice for its age. It is a side-by-side duplex - on occasion you can hear the people in the other unit walking around. But they were never loud or disruptive (you can’t hear them talking at all). The steps are narrow and somewhat steep, and awkwardly shaped at the top. If you’re traveling with someone who is very young or very old, that would be something to keep an eye out for. As for the location, it’s pretty hard to top....
