"We booked this property for an extended holiday/football weekend, and it worked out perfectly. The property manager, Gina was great with communications, and preparing the property to our needs with a toddler. On arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised by all of the amenities, food, snacks and toiletries that were stocked in the kitchen and throughout the home. "Abby & Jeff were very nice to work with. The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool table and darts in the basement. The backyard deck with table and chairs was nice to have. The fenced in yard was great to have for my daughter’s dog when she came to visit us. "We flew in for a wedding in Boone and this place was a great place for the 12 of us. Four beds plus 3 air mattresses gave us all a comfy place to sleep. We had friends and more family over for dinner one night and were able to seat 16 at the 2 tables and kitchen bar top. All of us enjoyed amazing sunsets sitting on the couch around the fire pit on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area! "
