"Recently had a long weekend at the cottage. It accommodated 16 of us (8 adults and 8 kids). The property is really unique with its little nooks and crannies. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our 8 kids as was the pool table. The upstairs bedroom can get a little warm on hot days but cools down later at night. "A very lovely cottage and stay. The host was very very responsive and made sure we had a nice stay. We loved the hot tub! So close to the beach, we wished we had gone during beach weather! We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing week. Both my sister and I remarked that we had never stayed anywhere with such a fully stocked kitchen! We were able to cook anything! "

"The Stonewood was beautiful located in quite bayfield nestled in the trees it’s a stones throw from town and a quick ride to Goderich and Grand Bend. The Stonewood with it’s impressive size has ample room for a large family or a group of friends with four bedrooms an ensuite with all for privacy and three bedrooms located on one end ensure quite and privacy at night .
