"The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them. "

They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. "Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible. "

"I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again."
