"For a new listing to VRBO, the property did not meet our expectations. Check in time on app was incorrect delaying our activities. Communication with owner was delay and resulted in conversation with VRBO. Pictures of apartment were not accurate to the unit. The property is in a "Corporate Apartment" complex but apartment is nowhere near the standards of a corporate apartment. The cable remote didn't work. "This studio style apartment was perfect for our stay in luray. centered in the middle of the town it was an easy walk to shops, food, and the greenway which we thoroughly enjoyed! Some minor items that could be considered: no shampoo or other like items for shower, not enough coffee pods and no ability to use ground coffee, coffee filter was dirty, and ac unit rattled when it was in use. Otherwise, we enjoyed the place and the owner/manager was very attentive in her replies. "
