"My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?"

"We loved everything about this vacation. Beautiful weather, beautiful water, beautiful condo, awesome furnishings and décor, the most comfortable beds, great location and the most stunning views! Highly recommend! We brought our boat and were a little disappointed we had to pay extra to rent a boat slip since one was supposed to be coming with the rental but the marina staff were super helpful and accommodating. We hope to return next year!"

We got in late and although I had had a conversation with Vacasa the day before about what to do, they didn't explain thoroughly - which I found out standing in front of the 2nd office at 10pm. "We were very pleased with the check in and overall room conditions. Rooms could use some updating. Tile was chipped in several places and toilets were very loose a few cabinets would not stay shut. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The down sides were pool heat not working, so no pool available. We were locked out of the room on the second day even though maintenance had been around earlier in that morning to check the door locks. Key card would not work for...

"Had a nine hole miniature golf course which we enjoyed. Staff in the office was excellent. Indoor Hot tub and pool was well maintained. However the indoor pool area in winter needs less ventilation. The pool water was warm around noon by late afternoon it was basically too cold to get in to enjoy it. "
