"Life House Berkshires looks great, but no one actually works there. Or at least that's how it seemed during our stay. I never got the welcome text they said I would get to be able to communicate with staff. I called the 800 number once to try to get someone and couldn't get a person. I finally did get a person the next time I tried that number and that was to tell them that when we came back for the day after housekeeping had been there, our sink was clogged with muddy water. Not sure if it was...

It was unattended (noted), and in my opinion there was way to many people in the pool, behavior that was very unsafe and much to loud for a family with young children to safely swim. I did notify the staff...however not much was done. "
