Hallebyhuset is a lovely cottage located by Bjerge Sydstrand in a quiet area in Fredskoven with a rich wildlife.
The house is the last house on the road where passage is not possible. The house is located next to our meadow of 5500 m2, which can be used freely. You can fish in Hallebyåen, which requires the state's fishing license if you are between 18 and 64 years old (can be acquired on the Internet), in addition, permission is required from the owner (me).
The house is 100 m2 (was 71 m2, but has been extended by 2 rooms) and located on a 2625 m2 large overgrown plot. It sleeps 8 divided into 4 rooms. You will also find sauna; shower and separate toilet both with underfloor heating, in addition a large, bright and nice living room with wood stove, where the kitchen is part of the living room.
There is access to a separate utility room via the lovely east-facing terrace. Utility room includes washer, dryer, additional refrigerator with integrated (smaller) freezer. There is a lovely south facing terrace with access from the living room via a large sliding door.
There is a tool shed where you will find 6-7 bikes in different sizes. The bikes are of older date, but in usable condition. As they are for free use, there can be no complaint about the bikes. It is a "use or leave" concept. In the garden there are two swings and a small slide for the youngest.
The property is located only 500 meters from Bjerge Sydstrand which is known for its lovely sandy beach with clear water. The beach is very child-friendly as there is no undercurrent and the sandy bottom is only slightly sloping. In addition to swimming, hiking and beach activities, there are also good opportunities for windsurfing, sailing and fishing.
Shopping opportunities like Fakta, Netto, Rema and Brugsen are available in Gørlev approx. 10 minutes drive from the cottage.
Not for rent to youth groups and craftsmen.
