"We needed a stay close to Stockholmsmässan, and this was exactly as we required as it was just a short walk away (less than 10mins). There was a small supermarket on the corner, basic cooking facilities in the room, and a few places to eat in walking distance (or on Uber Eats). Room was very clean, easy to access, all in all we would definitely stay again."

"The apartment was cozy and in a very good location, however it needed to be cleaned better. The shower door was missing a rubber at the bottom, so every time we showered the water would go all around the bathroom. The shower head was unclean, dust under bed. Sofa was full of have no idea what kind of stains.. Besides that the kitchen was clean, bedsheets as well. They answer to emails very quick as well, if you need more information. "

"The stay was excellent. Tonya (girl at reception) was extremely helpful & made our stay excellent. The instructions emailed were incorrect. The reception doesn’t open until 1400 hrs, but the instructions stated 1100 hrs. This caused our first day to be quite tiring and unenjoyable. We had just travelled from the USA & wanted to leave our back packs at the reception and tour until evening, but instead we waited for 3 hours outside & were too tired to tour. "This is one of the best hotels/apartments I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful, historic building with modern apartments with premium furniture and comfortable beds. The rooms are a great size, you can open the windows for fresh air, and the area surrounding is stunning. Matilda and the other team members were incredibly friendly and helpful. "Dirty dusty place. Cobwebs … spiders. Coffee stains on floors. It desperately needs a deep clean. No communication prior to arrival despite numerous attempts from our end. We had to book another hotel for the first overnight since we had no PIN code to enter.. phone is not answered just goes on answering machine. What a let down "

"The place is secure and clean but we didnt have enough towels and even when i message them about it, they either took for ever to reply or was useless, so we spent 3 days without being able to shower"

"Amazing value for money. The tv even had chrome casting and a wake-up feature. Food was always available at any convenience. Games and ping pong options. Plenty of space and seating both for evening and early morning breakfast which seemed busy however still really easy to manoeuvre around. Available breakfast at 5:30am was so unbelievably convenient and really enjoyable for the quality of the selection available (believe me the was a lot) I really couldn’t recommend it more. The best was the convenience of having the terminal a 5 min walk from my connecting flight. Had I have had more time I would have used several more features they had to offer. Laundering Gym And more.. I always have a good time in Arlanda but this hotel will see I and my family for many more years I believe! Thank you comfort crew! Much more I could say but I will run out of characters, keep up the good work! "
