"The host was so gracious! She opened early for us and allowed us to check in early. Although it was off season, she offered to open the dining hall if we wanted to have dinner that night. And because we were leaving early in the morning to visit family roots all around the area, she made a breakfast in a bag for us so we had something for the road. I would highly recommend those looking to stay on the lake to stay at this hotel a few miles inland in Mjolby because it was very good! A lot cheaper and great service and rooms. We ate at the hotel. I would recommend the buffet dinner as we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food - it was so good! So much choice, same with breakfast too. Excellent food, service and room at a great price. I highly recommend you stay here. It is opposite the train station but you could not hear the train at all. "
