"My husband, our dog, and I recently traveled to NC to visit our nephew and his young family (who live in the area). While there would have been room for 4 adults, 3 children (ages 5, 3, and a newborn) and our dog, this location was very convenient to their home, restaurants, and grocery stores in their nearby town.Rather, the family came to visit us twice, and we visited their town twice during our stay.We all found this rental to be clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was decently appointed, including ample cooking equipment, an outdoor grill, a standard refrigerator, along with comfortable beds with soft sheets, towels and ample bath supplies.The resort is filled with amenities, for guests of all ages. The children were most enamored with the playgrounds! We grilled and enjoyed the outdoor porch, visiting for many hours!Kristen, our host, was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating, too- all important qualities, especially when one travels to any new place new!We highly recommend this rental and hope to return and enjoy it again in the future! "

"This is the best equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in over 25 different ones. The host was very response. Caught loads of fish off the dock. A wonderful way to spend Easter with our son and his friends."

"Very clean, comfortable and well supplied. Enjoyed fishing from private pier and caught/released variety of fish. (Bass, Catfish, Crappie and Brim). Enjoyed the wildlife. Saw deer, eagles, ducks, geese, turtles, etc. Several nearby fishing spots and hiking trails. "

"My only complaint was the tub shower. There was not grab bar, and the tub floor was a little slippery. I hope that will be taken care of in their upcoming remodel. I’m an old guy, so I do better with shower stalls than with tubs anyway."

"We are so thrilled with this past week that we had at this amazing property! I’m not sure where to begin!The house is awesome- very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, great appliances and lots of tv’s! We brought our own games, but there are many options in the laundry area too! The outdoor entertaining is off the chain! The outdoor kitchen is amazing and there is a lot of seating! The firepit on the main patio was where a lot of our memories were made! My kids (young adults) loved the dock as well as the crows nest area with amazing views. Did I mention that EVERY toilet has a heated toilet seat!? My goodness now I don’t know how I will live without this in my life! The newly renovated bathrooms were gorgeous and the showers were amazing!The pontoon was immaculate and ran like a champ. This lake is so beautiful and we enjoyed our trips admiring the homes and scenery! The stereo system on the boat was great too…The best part- the host, SEBASTIAN! I’ve rented many VRBO’s and he is by far the most attentive and interactive host we have ever had. He responded immediately each time we called or had a question. SUPER nice man who clearly loves this home and wants a great experience for all his guests. THANK YOU!This is a wonderful home for ALL ages and it’s in a great location. "We had a fun time here with our family. This little home is very nice and was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. Our hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with. The lake view is beautiful, lots of seating outside to enjoy it. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in this area, we would book again! "
