"We had room 605, it was very big with a big bathroom and jacuzzi style bath. Radiator wasnt working but there was a heater on the wall which we needed to turn up as it was cold, once it kicked in the room was toasty. Bed was very comfortable and huge, super king I'd guess. Pool was lovely, as was jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were not hot enough, that was my only negative comment about my stay."

"Really good! Love hotel, very clean and fresh. Fantastic beds. Great service at the bar, easy check in / out. Gym clean and good for hotel gym, 24/7 too. Had to leave 6.30am so didn’t get up have breakfast. Would def go back "

"Comfortable and spacious rooms. Lovely breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. It’s a shame that the NCP opposite doesn’t offer discounted parking for hotel guests. We had to walk from Highcross which is not far, but a bit inconvenient with luggage. "
