"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"Excellent commInication. Clean and comfy. Kitchen worked well and has a dishwasher. Safe area and easy uber pick up and walk to bus station. If you are older and use walking assistance, the bus stop was a bit far. Has a clothes washer, but not a dryer for extended stay. Beds and furniture we comfortable and nice. "

"The host was amazing at being responsive and accommodating to all of my needs! Place was small but clean and tidy - just what we needed to stay locally in the area. "

"On arriving at the address I called the owner only to be told the accomodation had CLOSED months ago and was left struggling to find alternative accomodation on FA cup weekend. This was finally done for a more expensive option. I need a full refund immediately and assurance this property has been DELETED from your site. Please ensure a response to this."

"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "
