"It is a great location. The rooms are a little worn. My shower had problems with drainage. I asked the staff to fix it and nothing happened. I told them again when I checked out. She said she would have someone loo at it. I prepaid for my reservation on Orbitz but then they charged my credit card when I checked-out. I can't seem to get this resolved and it is very frustrating"

"This is a very nice hotel & restaurant with a great hotel general manager who was always happy, hard working & eager to help his guests in both the hotel and the restaurant. The only issues were 1) Hard uncomfortable beds; 2) hearing people go up & down the metal circular stairs outside our room all night long; and 3) a very grumpy male waiter in the restaurant during dinner. The rest of their staff was amazing, but the mean unhappy guy was hard to overlook and probably shouldn't be working in...

"We had found a wonderful place. The owner was extremely helpful and showed us around and explained everything. The apartment was as advertised, modern, clean lines and everything worked really well. A beautiful view out of the windows and lovely dogs to greet us. The drive to the apartment is a bit unusual with a steep hill but it was an excellent location.
