It's a great base to explore the whole area. Svetvincenat is beautiful for a relaxing family meal close by. The villa itself is just amazing, really well decorated and designed, keeping the old charm of the building with modern but classic touches. We loved it and will be back!! "

It's architecturally very clean, with three double en-suite bedrooms and a very generous open plan living space including an extremely well appointed kitchen. The pool is heated, large enough and deep enough to enjoy, and right next to the external terrace. I cannot recommend this villa and location highly...

The location was also ideal - extremely quiet and close to nature walks yet only a short, easy drive from \ to Pula, Rovinj, Svetvinčenat, Vodnjan, etc. Supermarkets were close. A car is recommended.
