"We stayed for 3 nights and had the whole property to ourselves. We did day trips out but were always keen to come back to enjoy the view and the peace! The house had everything you could ask for (except for ceiling fan or pedestal fans in the bedrooms) but overall we are looking forward to booking this place again for longer and maybe in the cooler months. Communication and directions were great and easy to follow. "

"Comfortable, unique and well designed accommodations in a gorgeous physical setting. We walked the large property and encountered beautiful wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies and koalas. Yael provided excellent, thorough guidance prior to our stay and Lina met us on site to provide further assistance with warmth and thoughtfulness. The retreat is near Flinders Chase National Park and a number of animal sanctuaries, all well worth a visit. We loved our visit to Ecopia Retreat! "

"This house was absolutely stunning. We stayed with family for a week and the house accommodated 6 adults perfectly. "We spent two nights at A Dune Escape on Kangaroo Island. It was a lovely, welcoming, home and we were very comfortable there. The house is extremely well equipped (the best equipped kitchen in any holiday rental we have every stayed in), extremely clean, quiet and warm. The location is amazing - loads of birds and animals in the grounds and an amazing beach over the dune at the back. Would highly recommend it as a base for exploring Kangaroo Island - we wish we had allowed more time there."

"Stokes Bay, and thus the cabins, is isolated. Situated on the cliff face, looking north, one is surrounded by silence and peace, mixed with dozens of kangaroos and even some sheep. Nearby is the only restaurant, sadly open only till 5 pm; so bring your own food or consider a drive to Kingcote (sadly with roo-danger for the nightly return. We stayed three nights to have a holiday… make daytime excursions and enjoy evenings at the cabin. Highly recommended, but not if you expect action!"
