The kitchen has lots of kids crockery but the board games are ancient or have bits missing so bring your own. The outdoor space at the back needs some love and isn’t very child friendly (brambles, steep uneven steps) but we didn’t spend much time there as the beach is 5 mins walk away. We found it very conveniently located for Lyme Regis, and the wider Jurassic coast. "We had a lovely stay at this property, privacy and peace, which was just what we were looking for, only sorry that we couldn't stay longer! The cottage was excellent, with everything you need for a short stay, and very well equipped. There was fresh bread, milk, jam, Lurpak (my preference), and even some locally made biscuits, which were lovely, all provided by our Host Ruth, thank you Ruth. We will be booking again!"

It was great to have a free allocated parking space even though it wasn't the easiest to find and access initially. The lounge had plenty of seating, the kitchen was well equipped.
