"Our recently renovated room was extremely hot even when we turned the temperature as low as possible. There was no fan or air circulation. The bed was very comfortable. Would like some less expensive options for breakfast. "

"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient. "

"Our stay was wonderful. We were lucky that it was warm enough to get into the lake. But even when it got a bit chilly, we enjoyed ourselves in the spa area. And let me tell you this, I've never been in such a charming sauna before. It is partially underwater. When it was windy on the lake, you could see the waves hitting the windows of the sauna in a hypnotic rhythm. The service is really good and friendly. "We booked a deluxe lake view room. The view was amazing but the room was so small that it didn’t have 2 night stands. It was like a $50 a night Econolodge off a highway. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm. We tried to open the windows but bugs immediately flew in. Breakfast was good and the pool and spa area are top notch. Overall it was overpriced and definitely not 4 stars. "

"Beautiful room, great bathroom, stunning views. Haven’t commented on the staff because I didn’t see anyone, it was easy self check in and parking without any issue. It’s a multi purpose building and the hotel is 2 floors up, it’s done very well and it felt very secure. Just be aware that there is no lift so carrying heavy bags up is a bit of an ordeal. My only little moan is the first photo on Expedia of this hotel is of a beautiful building on a mound, titled “view of the city from hotel”....

"Brand new. Well located to transport options and not too far from the centre. For the price it was well worth it and a nice stay. Warm at night but with fan running was ok. Needed to close the windows to keep out the street noise. It was super quiet and dark when windows and external blinds closed which was very nice. "

"Conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Feldkirch Bahnhof. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast costs €12 per adult, but kids eat for free, making it great value. The breakfast selection was diverse and worth the price."

"We loved this place! It was remodeled, very clean and modern, at least in the apartment. The bistro area was a little dirty, but we didn't stay and eat there. What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. But there is a screen that you check in on, and that issues your keys. We loved the sauna, with the amazing views; there was a nice fitness center on site too. Lidl was a 2- minute drive. Really perfect! "

"The self check-in facility wasn't working and it took 30 minutes and phone conversations with 3 people before a very helpful lady was able to assist. Another guest spoke to us during that time to say he'd had trouble checking in 3 days earlier and had not had any wifi access at all for his stay. When we got into our room it was comfortable but finding long hairs hanging over the kitchen bench from the mezzanine floor above, 3 open sachets of coffee and sugar open in the bowl of sachets provided as well as flat batteries in the tv remote let it down. We then spent another 15 minutes figuring out how to use the oven as there were no instructions in English. We finally figured out how to change the language on the oven itself. Despite lots of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen there were no baking trays on which to place food in the oven. We then realised we also had no wifi so again had to call for assistance. Two people couldn't help but when a lady from front desk called about the issues we'd had checking in we spoke to her about the lack of wifi. She said she'd call her manager about the issue and we didn't hear anything further. We didn't get wifi either. A good concept for accommodation but a few things need finessing. We had a disappointing experience and unfortunately wouldn't stay again. "
