Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"

Cabin is very well kept and well stocked with all the essentials. Loved our evening and morning sits over looking the lake listening to the loons and watching the bald eagles. "Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Was pleasantly surprised. Host Mike was awesome. Very attentive and responded quickly to our emails. This property was well equipped. We needed nothing. Location on phillips lake was a plus. It is only a 45 minute ride to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.. we are hoping to come back in the summer"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder.
