"Loved the location, close to gas stations and a local grocery store. Had everything we needed nearby and easy to find. The host made it easy to communicate and there was an information book in the kitchen making directions easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!"

"There are three rooms and one with bunk beds so plan accordingly. The mattresses on the full size beds in the 2 larger bedrooms are soooo comfy it’s relaxing after a busy day out. The appliances and items included in your stay is top notch! All the towels were plush, the amenities onsite top notch and The showers roomy. Very fre neighbors so nice and quiet and dark at night. A gorgeous night in the country. Close to Town and the lake. 2 miles from the nearest grocery store. We would definitely stay here again "

"Had a fantastic nights stay. The hot tub was fantastic with the bright night sky. As I was driving in I saw views of the lake that were beautiful too. I found myself wishing for more towels and all I needed to do was open a few cabinets and there were more available. So, that’s my fault they are prepared. "

"This place checked all the boxes! The double bunks were perfect so everyone had a place to sleep! It was decorated nicely and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. Great back porch and little yard space. Plenty of parking space both in driveway and in the back. Keypad worked perfectly, no problems. "We needed a place to stay to for the Sac River Music Fest in nearby Caplinger Mills This was perfect for our group of 6. The weekend was HOT and the AC worked great. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels, dishes and cookware. "
