"The house was exactly as advertised and sparkling clean. There was a nice assortment of dishes and cookware, as well as board games which was a nice surprise. The host was incredibly communicative leading up to our visit so we had a very smooth check-in and stay. If you are hesitant to book because of the gated community aspect, the host made it incredibly easy and we had no problems at check in or afterwards. Overall, this is an excellent rental and our group highly recommends it to others."

The checkin and out process was well explained and simple. It is small though. It felt tight for our family if 3. I couldn’t imagine a group larger than that.
