"From the check in process to the check out process, it was an absolute perfect stay at this resort. The staff was exceptionally delightful, kind and professional! The grounds were clean, well maintained and what you would envision on your Key West tropical vacation. The location was right on famous Duval street, walkable to all the best restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The bathroom was a DREAM! We loved everything about this resort and will be back soon!"

"Great breakfast, shuttle was key as we did not touch our car through the whole tip, pool and bar was a big plus and the room with king and sofa bed gave us plenty of room for the 2 of us. "

"I visited three years ago, and I must say, the recent renovations are quite impressive and really inviting. However, I noticed that the pool bar area seems to be a bit short-staffed. With just one person handling drink preparation, taking orders, and delivering food poolside, it can be challenging to provide timely service. David is very friendly and does his best to accommodate everyone, but having a little extra support would greatly enhance the experience. Additionally, I observed that the lobby bar is currently closed, which is a missed opportunity. It would be beneficial to have service in the lobby for those looking for nightcaps. However, I appreciate the option to head over to the connecting property for drinks. Overall, the food and drinks remain excellent and continue to impress."
