"We staying in this apartment because we were attending a wedding in the area and the apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and fans were provided which were appreciated as it was warm at night. The water for the shower was hot too. We did use the hob to cook breakfast and found everything we needed in the kitchen. "

"The apartment that I stayed is not sea-viewing. The apartment has clear sign of require maintenance. What frustrated me most is that Regency Apartments charged my card eventhough I have already fully paid to Hotels.com. The rational from Regency Apartments is that they could not charge against Hotels.com. But this is not my issue. End up I am double charged and require follow up for my refund which I do not even know how long it will takes. Felt being penalised as a customer when the issue...

"Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in an apartment block. kitchen was worn (some handles missing, some dishes were only partial available (3 gkasses 3 big plates for a 4 person apartment) and even some dirty spots on the floor.bathrooms were clean but one bed linene sjhowed spots (whatever that was). "DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! It looks nothing like the pictures. Both showers only had burning hot water. There are paper thin walls with neighbors screaming constantly. We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. There were dirty dishes, no soap or trash bags, and only 2 towels when we checked in. We contacted the property. They apologized for “the mistake” but never came by to fix anything. I have...

"Vrij nieuw appartement (penthouse ) met een balkon en rondom een schitterend uitzicht over Londen!! Ook dichtbij een treinstation en metro station, dus je kan ook makkelijk met het ov naar het centrum. We hebben echt genoten in Londen en zouden de volgende keer zo weer teruggaan naar dit appartement."
