"The grounds are well kept, and the hotel l itself and the room itself was clean and well maintained. My only problem with the room was the shower head was about 5' 9" on the wall, and I'm 6'1", but I made it work. The casino has lots of electronic gaming, but no tables. But, I'm not much of a gambler, so it makes no difference to me. Overall, I'd recommend. "

"The staff are outstanding!! Very friendly and efficient! The lobby was especially warm and inviting with the fire and holiday decorations. The free coffee, etc was a very nice touch! Breakfast room was spotless and the offerings were ample! Fresh fruit, many cereal and bread options, boiled eggs, yogurt. We arrived during a snowstorm, and our room was cold, so we needed the heat on full blast for the entire stay. "

"This was an excellent property for a family. Staff were delightful and the holiday decorations and service was impeccable. It was SO close to the activities we were planning. I would highly recommend this place if you are anywhere near Utica."
