"The VIP Access allowed me free self-parking as well as an upgrade from Junior Penthouse to Penthouse which was a lovely bonus. The place was easy to find and park. There was no need to drive anywhere for dining as there were plenty of options all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The penthouse itself was a magnificent space which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. The major letdown was that the one and only elevator was out of use leading to a climb of 4 flights of stairs which left this...

"Wonderful stay with family. Rooms are boutique, clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Restaurant is comfortable, staff are very helpful and friendly, food is good."

"On arrival the gentleman on reception was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and fine for my needs. It was a little cool on arrival but I was soon able to alter the air conditioning to suit, which ran quietly. A welcome addition was a fridge which also was quiet in operation. I would have awarded 5 stars but for the breakfast which was very basic i.e. cereal,toast,croissants and fruit but good enough for a sound start to the day. I can recommend this hotel and will stay there again."
