Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). We were the only brits in a room full of Germans and French. Every single other table were brought a basket of bread whilst waiting for their food and given a free dessert at the end of their meal, even if they’d already had a dessert like we had.
