"We stayed 2 weeks and it was wonderful! The house is very nice and spacious as is the garden. And the swmingpool is great of course, especially during the warm days. Location is great as well: close to beaches, lovely towns and restaurants."

"Most amazing villa I ever been to. It’s absolutely perfect. Ricardo and Roberta are great hosts, providing everything from fresh fruits to travel tips. The villa is walking distance from a small village, very typical and non touristic. It is remote so expect at least 30 minutes drive wherever you want to visit. Most amazing sunset ever! "This villa was everything and more than we could have hoped for! A fantastic first impression as you drive through the gates and up to the villa entrance. The beautiful garden full of flowers and herbs and the splendid pool with views of the hills beyond. The villa was so well equipped. Everything was there. We felt so at home. "Great house, spacious and close to beach, restaurants and shops. Powerful air conditioning which we really appreciated at the start of our stay as it was very hot! Fillippo was a great host, always responding quickly and providing lots of helpful advice."

"Convent I Cappuccini was amazing. We (18 family members) spent a week here in early July 2022. The rooms are so beautiful and simply appointed. There were absolutely no complaints from the group. We loved the pool, the forest walks, early morning runs to Montalcino, lovely dinners on the patio, and day trips to close by hill towns. This house is a perfect venue for a wedding, family reunions or conferences. Riccardo kept the pool sparkling and was a great host. Thank you."

"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. "We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. "We had a wonderful stay at Gitavillage. There are big play ground for kids. The facility is very big. Best is the private beach with free umbrellas. The beach is quite big and sandy. Was very quite. Highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here if we come back to this area. "

"Beautiful property. Staff especially Stefano, Nelson, Klada were amazing. Anna was always present and accommodating. Brunello wine was excellent! Fresh farm grown breakfast and dinner were fantastic!! Stunning views in every direction. Room was well furnished, quiet and comfortable. Beautiful pool. "

"There are no words to describe how amazing this property is! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. They greeted us by name, which was absolutely wonderful. We were given a tour of the property followed by lunch. The food at this Castello is simply divine. Everything is farm-to-table and they only use the highest of ingredients. Our rooms were also just spectacular. We stayed in the Vicario Suite, Suite Sprone & the Spa Suite. All three were amazing, however the Spa Suite was really special. The amenities in our rooms were wonderful as well. You can tell that management has thought of every last detail to make the guests stay a five star experience. This was definitely the highlight of our vacation and we cannot wait to return! "
